• The works of the authors who do not make any payment or make partial payment of entry fees will not be judged.
• Entry Fee refund will not be issued to the entrants once the images are judged or after the closing date of exhibition.
• If any participant shares transaction receipt after judging or result publication, the participant’s results will be nullified, and participant cannot claim his/her participation fees in any way.
• Indian Entrants can make a payment using: NEFT/IMPS/Cash in hand.
• All the transaction receipt should be share to the email id: fotosociety.llps@gmail.com. In case the participant fails to share the transaction receipt by email to the above-mentioned email ID before judging date then is/her image won’t be judged and participation fees will stand forfeited.
